Opening this Thursday

So, we know you may be sick of barbecue openings this summer, but one look at this menu and you may be cured. Lillie’s Q opens this Thursday in Bucktown, and it features your usual chicken, ribs, and pulled pork. But they are also offering tri-tip sandwiches, shrimp and grits, and a cold smoked cheeseburger. As we mentioned last week, it features the cooking of Charlie McKenna, who has worked about both Tru and Avenues. This is the second Lillie’s Q location, but the first one above the Mason-Dixon line.
