Iron Chef Morimoto, who we first heard last summer would be expanding his empire to Napa’s Riverfront complex, is finally welcoming in the public tomorrow night for dinner at Morimoto Napa. He’s the first out of the gate in the new development, with Lark Creek’s Fish Story and Tyler Florence’s Rotisserie & Wine still on the way. Grub Street has the extensive menu for you (.pdf), which features local produce, fish sourced fresh from Tsukiji Fish Market in Japan, and a few items specific to wine country (sea urchin carbonara, for one, and fig tempura for dessert). Check out our quick slideshow of the interior, which is quirky, modern, and very yellow.
