Weeks after Epic Burger moved into its new Lincoln Park home, word comes from Time Out Chicago that another of our city’s new burger joints, M Burger, will open a second location in River North. The Lettuce Entertain You restaurant will be cooking up the burgers in the kitchen of Osteria Via Stato, which may seem a bit odd, until you realize that the first M Burger used the kitchen at Tru. Interestingly, it’s less than half a mile from the original location. Look for it to open on August 26. [TOC]
