
When Rick Tramonto announced that he was leaving TRU for other projects, this wasn’t quite what we had in mind. But nonetheless, he is now promoting a line of salads for Wendy’s with the explanation that he’s supporting the “chain’s use of fresh ingredients.” He helped develop the new Apple Pecan Chicken, Baja, BLT Cobb, and Spicy Chicken Ceasar salads. This isn’t the first time Tramonto has worked for Wendy’s, as his first cooking job as a teenager was with the fast food restaurant. [NRN]
