Pensiero Ristorante opened yesterday after changing its name (from Va Pensiero), head chef, and entire menu. LTHForum has been all over the reopening, with some gorgeous pictures of the new dishes and lots of insider knowledge from the owner and chef. Steve Z notes that, “this will not be your father’s Va Pensiero.” New dishes include Linguini Diavolo, Salt Crusted Branzino, and Risotto Milanese with braised oxtail. Looks good to us, too.
