NoMI’s executive sous chef, Christian Ragano, is leaving us for the Big Apple. He’s certainly paid his dues, having worked at the high end restaurant in the Park Hyatt for over nine years. Looks like he’s climbing up the corporate ladder, and is accepting a chef de cuisine at a new unnamed restaurant in the Grand Hyatt near Grand Central Station. As Feast points out, Ragano is a Queens native, so while it is is sad to see him go, we wish him nothing but the best. [Feast]
