Métrazur is getting a $2.3 million rent refund after the MTA failed to keep its Grand Central Terminal dining room at a lease-stipulated temperature of 70 to 75 degrees. Turns out that’s an impossibility in that tremendous space, so the MTA is coughing up over $2.3 million in rent breaks. Very cool. Or should we say, very hot? [NYP]
