Lucio Palazzo, chef at the Stephen Cook and Michael Solomonov Mexican spot Xochitl, just introduced El Sabor (the flavor), a new $23 three-course prix fixe menu. It’s designed to give guests a taste of some of Xochitl’s most popular dishes for as little money as possible. The dinner begins with an order of fresh Guacamole for the table, followed by Antojitos (appetizer) and a choice of Taco.
