“I can’t believe I’m about to type this…” says Richie Nakano as he tweets the news that he’s returning to the scene of his rocky, over-hyped soft-launch at Coffee Bar (1890 Bryant) for a weekly Hapa Ramen pop-up on Saturdays in July from 6 to 10 p.m. As Eater reports, the menu will be the same as their weekly offerings at the Thursday Ferry Building markets, with some specials thrown in. And this time they’ll be coming prepared for electrical shorts, aggressive Yelpers, and the like.
