
If L.A. wants to hear any restaurant walls talk, it would be Grill on the Alley’s, that classic agent lunch hang of strong cocktails and bacon-topped steak. John Sola, the restaurant’s executive chef, recently unwrapped his own Q&A; blog through the Grill’s website, allowing guests to ask him questions about recipes, fuel preferences, and steak-aging.
