We’ve heard rumblings that Fatty ‘Cue has let go of its chef de cuisine, Andrew Pressler, and a rep for the restaurant confirms he’s no longer onboard. It’s uncertain why he’s a goner just four months into the game (of course, as a video tour attests, he was also involved, along with Zak Pelaccio and Robbie Richter, in the restaurant’s epic incubation period) — Fatty was praised by Sifton and Cheshes, though Sutton was not as impressed. Anyway, we’ll wait to hear where Pressler goes next and who his replacement will be.
