Look out for the big “E”
Looks like Eater will finally be opening an outlet in Chicago. After a planned launch fizzled in late 2008 because of the economy, the restaurant and nightlife site just posted today they are looking to be up and running in Chicago, “sometime this fall.” All they need is an editor: “We’re looking for a Chicago resident that’s mainlined into the soul of the city’s dining scene to take on the job of Eater Chicago editor.” Think you have what it takes? You better hurry as they are starting to take applications, “this very second.” We’d like to send a hearty congratulations along with a few fully loaded hot dogs. [Eater]
