“Taste of Farmers Market” returns for its second year tomorrow to celebrate the 76th birthday of the Fairfax landmark. The walkways will overflow with bites of burgers, ribs, steaks, gumbo, ice cream and sweets, among all the other gut-busting potential, from 45 restaurants and grocers.
