What to Eat at Roam Artisan Burgers, Opening Monday

Roam Artisan Burgers (1785 Union), part of a veritable restaurant renaissance over in Cow Hollow, makes its public debut on Monday, serving grass-fed beef burgers from Pacific Pastures, an organic veggie burger, and a fully sustainable menu. Also on tap, literally, will be kombucha, local beers, house-made sodas, and milkshakes using Straus Family Creamery organic ice cream. See a preview of the menu below.
