Here it is, folks: the long awaited Prospect menu from executive chef Ravi Kapur, created with guidance and counsel by partners Nancy Oakes and Pamela Mazzola of Boulevard. We had a chance to sample a few dishes, and we can already give our stamp of approval to the potato dumplings with arugula pistou and crushed hazelnuts, and the Dayboat scallops with summer truffles and shaved squash, both of which are excellent. Take it all in below, and try it for yourself when Prospect opens next Tuesday.
