The HeadHouse, the craft beer café that we mentioned the other day, opens today at 4:30 in the former Zot space (between Front and Second Sts. on Lombard). The bar and restaurant, which is the brainchild of Beer Week co-founder Bruce Nichols, puts an emphasis on quality beers and dishes that go well with them. It will boast more than 100 American craft and imported selections in bottles, plus an additional 20 on draught. The tap list focuses primarily on local beers, but includes some choice brews from up and down the East Coast and beyond. Click through to see the entire list of beers that will be pouring today.
