After a six-year hiatus, the gent the Times carefully calls “the Soup Man” (Al Yeganeh) is reincarnating Soup Kitchen International in its original location on West 55th Street come mid-July. “He promises to show up, short fuse and all, from time to time,” says Flo-Fab.
