Yesterday two purse-snatching crooks in the city’s Fairmount section proved to be no match for a flip flop-clad neighborhood bar owner, according to NBC 10. Chad Beene, who co-owns the Urban Saloon, reportedly heard the screams of the thieves’ victim, feared the worst and jumped into action.
