The Boulevard team of Nancy Oakes, Pamela Mazzola, Kathy King, and executive chef Ravi Kapur are in the final throes of opening Prospect (300 Spear Street), and as we type there are workers still caulking things and painting things and applying the final touches. Ravi and Pam were working out a few final tweaks with the menu yesterday, bar manager Brooke Arthur was finalizing the cocktail list, wine director Amy Currens was meeting with vendors, and as the team told Grub Street a couple weeks back, they’re excited to be bringing something sleek and modern to San Francisco’s very large table of eats.
