It’s the end of the line for Sauté, Nikki Kaufman’s Queen Village bistro that opened a little more than a year ago, according to the Insider. Taking its place will be a New Orleans-inspired restaurant, which will be owned by Kaufman and helmed by Sauté’s chef Paul Martin., called Catahoula. Details are hazy, but price points will be lower and the entire space will be revamped before it opens near the end of July. [Insider]
