Details are trickling out on Sam’s Place, the Esti Parsons-helmed restaurant set to open soon in Louis Boston. The restaurant’s weekend brunches will feature live music, Parsons tells the Globe. In addition to the previously mentioned picnic baskets for rental, Sam’s Place will also deliver to the boats docked on Fan Pier. The menu will include laid-back options like a grilled tuna sandwich with coleslaw and tiger sauce. All in all, it sounds pretty damn democratic for the rarefied environs of Louis Boston.
