It’s strawberry time.

So here’s the deal with Rick Bayless’s 10:30 a.m. demo at the Green City Market today in Lincoln Park. We know it’s raining, but we’ve been following the Weather Channel closely for the past fifteen minutes or so, and we’re sort of optimistic about the chances that by the time he goes on the rain will be over. Of course, you could get to the market early and snag a seat under the tent. Regardless, everyone will have spectacularly muddy shoes. As for what he’ll be cooking up, from the look of his Twitter message, strawberries will be involved in some way. [@Rick_Bayless]
