As we suspected, Grant Achatz’s new projects Next and Aviary will be located side by side in the West Loop at 953-955 West Fulton Market. They will take the place of Follia, which closed last month. That puts the two projects across the street from Moto and Otom, and just down the block from the Publican, making for a dynamic new restaurant row for the city. [@gachatz]
