
Late spring must be the season of pastry chef shuffles. Meg Galus has just left TRU and gone to the Sofitel Hotel’s Café des Architectes. Like Stephanie Prida a few days ago, Galus was nominated for a 2010 Jean Banchet Rising Pastry Chef Award. This just adds to the new blood at TRU, considering Anthony Martin just replaced Rick Tramonto a few weeks ago. [Feast]
