Ooh, la-la! Jacques Torres, that ubiquitous chocolatier, is giving sugarholics something else to go wild-eyed about: handmade crêpes cooked to order at his Dumbo ice-cream shop. The crêpes were introduced less than two weeks ago, and Torres partner Ken Goto is training staffers on proper swirling techniques. (Torres, the former executive pastry chef at Le Cirque, created the crêpes.) The crêpes are available with sugar and butter ($4.50), with chocolate ($5.50), and à la mode (one scoop of your choice, $6.50).
