The HeadHouse, the craft beer café from Bruce Nichols, Philly Beer Week co-founder and owner of Museum Catering Company, which was rumored to be ready in time for the annual 10-day beer blowout, will open on Thursday, according to the Insider. Nichols’ partner in the venture is the building’s owner Madame Saito Ai. Located across from the Headhouse Shambles at 122 Lombard Street - once the home of the beer-friendly Zot - HeadHouse will feature 20 taps, 100 bottled beers and a menu of internationally inspired pub fare by Chef Jimmy Chiu.
