Well, for one thing, because if you download this Facebook invite and show up at Herald Square Park at the crack of dawn next Thursday, Guy Fieri will give you (and the rest of the first 50 people) a waffle baker, some waffle mix, and a Hampton Hotels apron and tote bag. But more important — it’s a photo of Guy Fieri with waffles! Somehow we find it almost as fascinating as Aunt Jemima’s bacon pancakes.
