Amid controversy stemming from the state-run wine boutique set up inside, and fresh from a three ringy-dingy review from Craig LaBan, Jose Garces is launching weekend brunch at Garces Trading Co. Available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., brunch will feature popular dishes from the market and cafe’s a la carte menu as well as new dishes that will be offered as part of a $25 three-course brunch special that includes non-alcoholic cocktails and mixers.
