Rejoice thirsty Fishtownies, the Fishtown Beverage Center, which has been on the market for more than a year, has finally found a buyer, according to Brownstoner Philadelphia. Neighbors had feared that the sprawling beer distributor - it spans 11 lots - would be sold to a developer and transformed into condos. After 30 years in business, the owners didn’t want to sell, but were forced to as part of divorce proceedings, a tipster told Grub Street.
