Bryan Sikora, who with ex-wife Aimee Olexy created Talula’s Table, one of the country’s most sought after and difficult to obtain reservations, has left Daniel Stern Restaurants, the Insider reports. Sikora joined Stern’s crew as culinary director back in May, following his departure from Talula’s Table and divorce from Olexy, and immediately began fine-tuning the menu at MidAtlantic. His next move is to an unnamed project in the Lehigh Valley. [Insider]
