Flo Fab brings news that Tom Colicchio and his ’wichcraft partner, Sisha Ortuzar, will open Riverpark off of the East River in October. Ortuzar is planning “easygoing American menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner” to complement the outdoor seating with river views at 450 East 29th Street, near First Avenue.
