Tonight Bar Ferdinand is pairing local beef with local brews for its first ever Steers and Beers dinner. The feast includes five beefy dishes, featuring prime cuts from grass-fed cattle raised at Green Meadow Farms in Gap, PA, and beers brewed by NJ’s River Horse Brewing Co. The dinner costs $65 per person ($45 without the beer pairing). Reservations are recommended.
