Catherine An, of the family that founded Crustacean and more recently AnQi in O.C., is almost ready to debut Tiato, the Santa Monica market cafe we first caught wind of back in November. The new concept will offer breakfast and lunch on a menu by Helene An, with a focus on providing antioxidants and immunity boosting ingredients in a selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and light spring rolls. Set in an open air garden patio aside the MTV building, the large space will also serves as a catering and event space for House of An, plus a happy hour with herb infused sake is also promised.
