June 27th, Sausage Making 101 at 9am- each student makes and takes home 3 types of sausage totaling 6 to 8 lbs. $125
June 27th, Whole Hog Butchery at 1 p.m.- each student butchers and takes home 10 to 12 lbs of pork. $125
June 29th, Whole Lamb Butchery at 6 p.m.- each student butchers and takes home 7 to 9 lbss of lamb. $125
June 30th, Whole Hog Butchery at 6 p.m.- each student butchers and takes home 10 to 12 lbs. of pork. $125
