Big-spending Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee donors don’t have to suffer through another rubber-chicken dinner tonight. President Barack Obama and Speaker Nancy Pelosi are the special guests at this $15,000-a-plate event at the St. Regis, but the kitchen star power is significant, too. A tipster provided the menu, below.

French Culinary Institute deans Alain Sailhac, André Soltner, Jacques Pépin, and Jacques Torres will prepare:

Chilled Maine lobster with avocado and black radish in yuzu dressing
Roasted filet mignon with truffle gift box potato
Braised leeks and broccoli in cabernet sauce
Opera cake in mini chocolate oven
Petit fours
