This summer, we’ll all be drinking Summer Love Ale. Actually, we’ll all be drinking With Love Philadelphia XOXO’s Summer Love Ale, but the full name of the joint brew between Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corp. and Victory Brewing Co.’s Bill Covaleski is just too hard to say after even a sip.

Brewed locally in Chester County with water from the Brandywine River, pale malts, and German hops, the limited edition brew will debut June 4, just in time for Philly Beer Week, the GPTMC announced today. Look for it at Beer Week events at PYT, Chifa, and Standard Tap. Summer Love will pour freely at many bars and restaurants across the city and region all summer long.

Covaleski is a busy brewer. He just created a small-batch ale with brothers Patrick and Terence Feury and on June 1 he’ll collaborate with Avalon Restaurant’s Barry Salop for a four-course dinner at the restaurant that will feature grilled dishes paired with Victory beers.
