For twelve bucks, you can have a sneak peek/taste of former Nopa sous chef Richie Nakano’s most excellent looking ramen, which he hopes to be serving out of a permanent location in the not-too-distant future. Hapa Ramen recently made an appearance at the Ferry Plaza farmers’ market, and tomorrow they’ll be doing a one-night pop-up at Coffee Bar (1890 Bryant) from 6 to 9 p.m. It’s first come, first serve, and Richie (a.k.a. Line Cook) has got a following, so queue up early, kids.
