Nozawa’s SugarFish Will Surface on Downtown’s Seventh Street

Downtown recently exported Mendocino Farms to a Marina del Rey shopping mall and now that same mall is returning the favor by sending one of its restaurants to Downtown. Seventh Street will house the third location of Kazunori Nozawa’s SugarFish, BlogDowntown reveals, almost two years after the first one opened at the Waterside shopping complex. Set across from Bottega Louie, the new, 55-seat SugarFish, the casual chain outpost of Studio City’s infamous Sushi Nozawa, will follow the same omakase pattern as the others and has a beer and wine license currently pending approval. Sugarfish plans to open soon in the Robinson Co. building opened in 1915.
