First Look at Cuvee’s Remodeled Space and Menu

Robertson’s Cuvee is still in temp shutter mode, though it’s management tells Grub Street this coming Tuesday could be the big day to re-emerge if all goes right. In the meantime, we took a sneak peek at the revamped space, a nice improvement that comes with a more nuanced menu featuring large bites and apps like tri-tip quesadillas with spicy panuchos sauce and tequila lime tiger prawns, salads such as a prawn-based taco salad and spicy shrimp caesar, and main courses of char-broiled salmon marinated in fresh herbs and garlic, seared ahi with soba noodles, and pasta plates that no longer sound limp. While the menu is still yet to be finalized, the space is shaping up quite nicely, with a clean combination of a cafe and deli improved upon by white marble, abundant natural light, slick steel surfaces, and nautical hanging lanterns on the ceiling.
