It seems there’s no truth to the rumor coffee blog Pourover NYC has heard, about North Carolina roaster Counter Culture “opening up a retail outlet at 5th Avenue and DeGraw Street” this month. An employee at one of Counter Culture’s training centers laughs that off and says it’ll merely be a café (called something like Park Slope Coffee Shop, he thinks) that’s using Counter Culture beans.
