Between repeated twitterings by chef Richie Nakano, blog coverage, and Grub Street’s reminder on Friday, the pop-up preview of Hapa Ramen was a big and mega-crowded success at Coffee Bar on Saturday, with at least one blogger showing up before they opened and still waiting over four hours for his bowl, at which point they’d run out of braised pork.
