Chew Man Chu, restaurateur Marty Grims’ ill-fated Asian-themed restaurant, is on the market less than a year after opening. The 2,600 square foot restaurant located at the southwest corner of the Symphony House at Broad and Pine was Grims’ second attempt at restaurant in that location. (Du Jour, which preceded Chew Man Chu, closed last fall.) For a mere $595,000, plus an additional $130,000 a year for rent, the restaurant, all of its assets, and liquor license are up for grabs.
