Wolfgang Puck, Josiah Citrin, Susan Feniger, Mark Peel, Karen Hatfield, and Joachim Splichal will gather together on June 8th at the REDCAT Theatre for the debut of dineLA’s Chef Roundtable. These blockbuster toques will engage in a discussion moderated by radio host Lisa Foxx, dishing on their own contributions to Los Angeles’ culinary greatness and the future of the scene, followed by an audience Q&A.; After this panel forum, Downtown’s Starry Kitchen, who’s own creation myth could reflect the future of L.A. restaurants, will cater an hour-long reception attended by the chefs. Even better, the whole shebang is free, though the very limited amount of seats will be given on a first-come, first-serve reservation basis through dineLA’s website.
