Chantelle Pabros is stepping down as the sommelier of L2O. She’s been around since the restaurant first opened in 2008. It all seems amicable for now, as she sent an e-mail out praising her boss: “It has been an honor to work for Laurent Gras and his team.” No reasons are given beyond wanting to start “a new phase” of her career.
