What to Eat at William Kovel’s 28 Degrees

Former Aujourd’hui chef William Kovel has landed at 28 Degrees, where he’s fully overhauled the restaurant’s food. While Kovel’s menu, below, isn’t as refined as his food at Aujourd’hui, it’s a big step up for 28 Degrees, with seasonally-inspired dishes like spring pea ravioli and Maine shrimp ceviche. Kovel’s appointment isn’t the only change for 28 Degrees — spokesperson Chris Haynes tells us the restaurant will soon add a patio.
