Renaissance Sausage, Philly’s first all local and organic food truck, will open for business this Sunday at the Headhouse Square Farmers Market. Committed to using fresh local and organic ingredients, Renaissance will launch with an opening menu of four sandwiches: a Country Herb Sausage, all natural pork sausage with a blend fresh sage and thyme, enhanced with a kick of cayenne pepper; a Mediterranean Sausage, Lancaster lamb and beef enhanced with a blend of traditional Mediterranean spices; an Asian Chicken Sausage, local organic free range chicken enhanced with oriental herbs and spices; and a Vegetarian Sausage, all natural meat free sausage is a blend of fresh local vegetables, herbs, spices and vegetable proteins.
