Meet 2010’s ‘Best New Chefs’

Careers are made with a “Best New Chef” nod from Food and Wine magazine, and this year’s class must be plenty excited. The official announcement won’t be until the party this evening, but the news came early over F&W;’s new Best New Chefs iPhone app, which provides free info on two decades of winners. This year’s class will be fêted tonight at a party catered by previous winners like Andrew Carmellini, Paul Liebrandt, and Daniel Humm.
