
Oxygen bars never really caught on, but luxury ice is quickly making a big splash around town. Tonight Michael Dozois, the man responsible for high-grade frozen water, brings his Neve Ice pop-up bar to Osteria La Buca for a night of cocktail-making paired with four “Italian Gypsy”-inspired dishes prepared by chef Alberto Lazzarino. Starting at 7:00 P.M. tonight, the $30 dinner service includes all four drinks and dishes, along with the accompaniment of dancers, artists, and musicians. Reservations can be made at 323-462-1900.
