After a fire destroyed its kitchen a little over a month ago, Lao Sze Chuan plans to reopen to the public on May 1. The dining rooms were not harmed by the fire, but water damage was extensive and all the windows needed to be replaced. Owner Tony Hu told Steve Dolinsky that the restaurant, “looks like it’s totally rebuilt.” [Steve Dolinksy]
