Perhaps to avoid ever having to eat 60 cheeseburgers again for work, former Cheeseburger Bureau Chief and Tribune columnist, Kevin Pang launched his relatively healthier “Cheap Eater” column yesterday. It’s about, well, exactly what it sounds like. First up, he goes on a tortuous search for ramen through Chicago’s barren scene, eventually roping in Chef Takashi Yagihashi for help.
